Looks like we are going to get flows at 5,000 cfs this spring.
The duration of high water will depend on snow fall the next few months.
Fishing out of a boat can be awesome during high water.
You can wade during this time in a few spots, but you have to be careful, the juan can eat you at this flow.
With the warmer weather the midges have been hatching with a little more enthusiasm.
Water is simi gooey, about 3 ft of visibility.
Small yellow or cream eggs sz 18
Red and orange larva sz 18 to 22
Grey, black and olive midge emergers sz 22-24-26
Streamers are working in the evenings
