The sleeping in the dirt guru AO was making a surprise visit to the state, so i headed way up North to meet with him and some minnesota brethren on the blue. Slid down on our asses into a beautiful canyon below green mountain res. One of the nicer places i have fished. HB-51 amended?? |

I just saw that House Bill 51 is being heard in the Energy & Natural Resources Committee today, however the bill was identified as" HB 51 / a" I assume the "a" means amended. Does anyone know if it has been amended and if so how?

Well I must say that I had the toughest time that I have ever had on the river. Friday was good weather and not too many people on the water. I started up at the upper flats and caught 1 fish.... I threw everything in my box. KF emergers in all colors, eggs, worms, Larvaes(red,cream,white,olive,brown and black) Foam backs, leeches, mono midges, scintilla midges, Princess flies, red annelids, Red hots, etc and got nothing.
